Mark Warman, president and CEO of Radial Casing Solutions Inc. (“Radial” or “the Corporation”) announced that Radial has entered into a technology marketing and commercial delivery agreement with Pinnacle Oil Tools Inc. (“Pinnacle”).

Under the terms of the agreement Pinnacle will serve as the exclusive provider of marketing, servicing, commercial deployment and related products and services for Radial’s propriatory Radial Elastomer Expansion Device (“REED”) in the Canadian oil and gas industry.

About Radial
Radial was founded in 2016 as Winterhawk Well Abandonment Ltd., changing the name of the Corporation in 2025 to better reflect the focus on controlled expansion of oil and gas wellbore casing for remedial and production purposes. Based in Calgary, Alberta, Radial holds several patents in Canada, the U.S., Asia and Europe. It offers a range of well remediation, diagnostic and well abandonment technologies that allow operators to cost-effectively and materially reduce or eliminate vertical communication of gas or liquids in the annulus, Reed can also return deformed casing to circularity in high-angle and horizontal applications without the loss of integrity associated with milling or mechanical swaging, and expand tubulars for high-temperature, steel-on-steel seals and improving sealing on liner tops, liner, hangers or casing patches.
Radial will provide the partnership with the REED intellectual property, setting tools, elements and accessories, as well as support for program development and execution.

Based in Red Deer, Alberta, Pinnacle sells, rents, services and installs a wide range of downhole tools in Western Canada and around the word. While it designs and manufactures tools, it also sources quality equipment from other leading manufacturers to complement its product line.
Pinnacle will provide Radial with workshop and warehousing facilities in Red Deer for equipment storage, preparation, testing, assembly and maintenance. It will also assume responsibility for Radial’s field-services liability, as well as insurance for its own and Radial’s personnel. Pinnacle will handle service quotes, field-services support, downhole tool accessories, field service personnel and invoicing.
